Consumer Description

The trailer brake controller randomly says trailer disconnected and will not apply the trailer brakes, but you can manually operate the brakes from the controller and they work fine, I have replaced every thing on the trailer brakes,wires,7pin plug, and I keep getting the same fault randomly( trailer disconnected). Ford tells me the unit is fine, Well it is not, I have pulled the trailer with a chevy and a dodge and the brakes work as they should. It happens everything I use it and after doing a Google search, seems there many others with the same problem
