Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan. The contact stated that the rear passenger’s side sliding door failed to open using the remote or manually. The vehicle was taken to the dealer however, the failure cause was not diagnosed due to the cost of the diagnostic fee. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 42,900.
