Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Wrangler. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle shut off without warning. The dealer was notified of the failure and the contact demanded that the vehicle be bought back. The contact was informed that her request would not be honored. The vehicle was not diagnosed. The manufacturer was also notified of the failure and the contact was informed that she would receive a call back. The failure mileage was unknown.
