Consumer Description

Safety Recall has been issued for Jeep Gladiator Clutch Recall campaign 23V116000. My vehicle (VIN [XXX]) is a recalled vehicle. I have been notified by the auto manufacturer, but there is no remedy for the affected part and no timeline for when a remedy will be identified. Considering the potential impact of this safety recall, not having a remedy is an unacceptable response. I have contacted FCA and my dealership and FCA customer service and have yet to receive guidance or resolution on this issue. Driving an unsafe vehicle is not acceptable to me or my family.
