NHTSA Complaint #11515710 — 2021 VOLKSWAGEN ID.4

The vehicle has shot down twice when about to leave my garage and has gone dead, zero lights, completely dead. I have had to step out of the car, wait a few seconds before getting in again and pushing the brake to wake him up (it’s an EV). All this in a period of two weeks a couple of months ago. I did no pay too much attention at the time until I read that there is a recall that looks like this problem and that it can happen amid driving, with possible fatal consequences if I’m driving in a freeway for example. I have called the dealer twice and have not got my car checked yet. They tell me to wait, that I’m in a list but this is serious!
