Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while reversing, the image of the 360-degree camera was extremely cloudy and distorted creating a visibility hazard for the driver. The local dealer and manufacturer were notified of the failure, but no assistance was offered. The contact was informed that the vehicle was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V644000 (Back Over Prevention). The contact stated that the vehicle had experienced that failure listed in the recall. The failure mileage was 50,000.
