NHTSA Complaint #11512991 — 2019 RAM 2500

I have been put off by RAM for 2 years now on three different recalls. I've attempted to get several dealerships to fix them. The most recent dealership, Greenville Tx Dodge RAM, [XXX] @ [XXX] tells me that I am on 'a list' to be called when they have the parts. I've been on 'the list' since Dec 2022, originally committing to a 2-3 month wait. Today I've been told at best, another 2-3 months. Recall ZB8/22V-904 Tailgate latch alignment Recall Y78/21V-880 High Pressure Fuel pump Recall W24/20V-207 Bed Step (Safety) Manufactures should be required/held accountable for completing recalls in a timely manner. Continuing to hear: Parts shortage, Labor shortage, only allowed to do 2 per week, etc........is getting old.
