Consumer Description

Dealer has not responded to written requests to perform federally mandated Recall Y78 on my 2019 Ram 2500 (VIN: [XXX] ). I have been told recall work may be declined due to an insurance claim or vehicle history references. No manufacturer directive has been provided. I am requesting NHTSA review of recall nonperformance. Dealership is Hendrick Ram of Cary NC INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
