Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2018 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving 60 MPH, there was an abnormal clicking noise coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic. The contact was informed by the mechanic that the vehicle had experiencing the failure listed in an unknown recall. The vehicle was taken to a dealer and the dealer stated that the vehicle was out of warranty. The manufacturer was contacted and advised the contact to file a complaint with the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was 27,000.
