Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that on numerous occasions while driving at an undisclosed speed in inclement weather, the front driver’s and passenger side windshield wipers inadvertently changed speeds. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed, and the contact was informed that the windshield wipers were operating as designed. The contact was concerned that the issue could cause and crash and injury. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 1,673.
