Consumer Description

While driving our 2010 Ford Fusion Hybrid, several warning appeared on the instrument panel. " service power steering" came on in red, "service advancetrac" was orange. The vehicle still had power steering at this point. After arriving home and turning off the engine, I restarted the engine to see if the lights might reset. At this point , the one warning changed to "service power steering NOW". At this point, there was no power assist with the steering. I know there is a recall, #15V340000, for 2011 - 2013 Fusion steering fails. Why was the 2010 model not included, as I have found many complaints online of steering failures on this model year car.
