Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. The contact stated while driving 80 MPH the steering wheel became firm. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and a software update was performed; however, the failure reoccurred. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 108,000.
