NHTSA Complaint #11505793 — 2014 JEEP CHEROKEE

The contact owns a 2014 Jeep Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle would lose motive power and stall without warning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where the contact was initially informed that the vehicle needed a new battery; however, despite a battery replacement, the failure persisted. The contact returned to the dealer and was given an estimate for a diagnostic test. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The vehicle had not been repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 700.
