Consumer Description

Factory installed Lugnuts cannot be removed for tire rotation during a scheduled oil change service at Preston Ford in Aberdeen Maryland reason given is that the Lugnuts had swollen and a lug wrench could not fit over them had to buy all new Lugnuts. I feel Ford should be aware of this because it is a safety concern if you have a flat tire and try to loosen the lug nuts, the lug nut wrench Will not fit over the lug nut posing a possible dangerous situation, especially if you’re in a remote location service Was performed on 26 January 2023 Lugnuts installed February 1, 2023 at Preston Ford Aberdeen Maryland. I do have a Ford issued case number [XXX]. I am asking Ford to recall these Lugnuts, and credit me for the price of a standard set of Lugnuts and labor required to install them.
