Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid. The contact stated while driving at unknown speed, there was an abnormal knocking sound coming from the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnostic testing and the contact was informed that the vehicle was unsafe to drive. The contact was informed that there was no fix for the failure. The contact was unsure what failure the vehicle had experienced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and stated that the failure might be related to NHTSA Campaign Number: 23V010000 (Electrical System, Hybrid Propulsion System) and that the remedy was not available. The failure mileage was 27,000.
