Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2012 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while his wife was driving 60 MPH, a deer jumped in front of the vehicle causing the contact to strike the deer and damage the front end of the vehicle. None of the air bags deploy. No one was injured. A police report was filed. The vehicle was towed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage 150,000.
