Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 GMC Terrain. The contact stated that on two separate occasions, the ignition key became stuck inside the ignition switch. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 110,000.
