The contact owns a 2017 Honda Pilot. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the hood would flutter and shake. The contact called the dealer and was informed that his VIN was not included in NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V932000 (Structure, Latches/Locks/Linkages). The manufacturer was also notified of the failure. The vehicle had yet to be repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
