The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The contact called another local dealer, Fitts Ford 8000 Auto Dr, Riverside, CA 92504 but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The failure mileage was approximately 137,000.
