The vehicle was taken to three independent mechanics who diagnosed that the transmission shifter cable bushing had detached from the transmission. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the vehicle had previously been serviced under NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V293000 (Power Train). The failure mileage was approximately 93,000.
