2016 HYUNDAI SONATA. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO ENGINE FAILURE. THE CONSUMER STATED WHILE ON VACATION THE ENGINE FAILED. THE CONSUMER STATED THE MANUFACTURER DENIED ANY ASSISTANCE. THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS SOLD WITH AN UNRESOLVED RECALL. THE CONSUMER WAS UNAWARE OF THE RECALL.
