Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2014 Hyundai Tucson. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle exhibited a vibration and shuddering. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who changed the spark plugs but the failure continued to occur. The vehicle was taken to a second dealer who diagnosed that the engine was failing due to faulty engine rods. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 100,000.
