Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2013 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that while driving approximately 35 MPH, there was a clicking and rattling noise coming from underneath the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the local mechanic who diagnosed that metal fragments were present inside the transmission. No further information was available. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer and local dealer were notified of the failure but no assistance was offered. The failure mileage was 46,000.
