The contact stated that her vehicle showed no failures until she was asked to take the vehicle to the dealer to be repaired under NHTSA Campaign Number: 20V343000 (Power Train). The contact stated that a week after picking up her vehicle from the dealer while driving at approximately 40 MPH, the vehicle failed to accelerate as needed with several unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was restarted and driven to the dealer. The contact stated that the vehicle had been taken back to the same dealer three times within three weeks for the same failure. The contact was informed that the mechanic was unable to determine the cause of the failure. Additionally, the contact was informed that the vehicle was no longer under warranty. The manufacturer was contacted and informed of the failure and a complaint was filed. The contact was awaiting a resolution from the manufacturer. The approximate failure mileage was 175,000.
