Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Chevrolet Captiva. The contact stated that the key was stuck in the ignition. There were no warning lights illuminated. The contact spoke with the local dealer and was quoted a diagnostic fee. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure however, no further assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 34,000.
