Consumer Description

The car steering wheel turns to the right and lock and make it very difficult to control the vehicle . I almost crashed the car twice due to the steeling wheel locking up.... i need help ... i opened a case with Toyota ( case #: 211104000229) and they told me that i need to pay for the repairs... i explained to Toyota that my car is involved in a recall but they told me that yes but my VIN # is not listed... "WOW"... please see below the case study or information on the recall ... i don't have any money to fix the car ... i am taking the car in to Toyota tomorrow at 8:45am Garland Toyota in Gainesville, Florida...
