Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Veloster. The contact received a recall notification for NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V204000 (Electrical System, Engine) however, the dealer informed the contact that they would be able to facilitate the repair in 34 weeks. The contact stated that he contacted a second dealer; Hiley Hyundai of Fort Worth (9000 West Fwy, Fort Worth, TX 7610) and was informed that they could not complete the recall repair. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.
