Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2016 Ford Focus. The contact stated while driving approximately 30 MPH, the vehicle suddenly stalled and shut off. The contact stated that after waiting for several minutes the contact was able to restart the vehicle. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who was unable to determine the cause of the failure. The failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 36,000.
