Consumer Description
The contact owns a 2015 Cadillac SRX. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 21V473000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was unavailable. The contact took the vehicle to the local dealer as well as Five Star Cadillac (495 Watson Blvd Suite B, Warner Robins, GA 31093, (478) 302-0612) and Hennessy Cadillac (3377 Satellite Blvd, Duluth, GA 30096, (770) 680-7000) and it was confirmed that the part was not available. The contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. VIN tool confirms part not available.
