The contact owns a 2011 Ford Fusion. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the brake pedal was depressed, and the vehicle failed to stop. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer and was diagnosed but not repaired. The manufacturer was informed of the failure and informed the contact to call the NHTSA for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 82,000.
