Consumer Description

My car has a recall. I take my car to the dealership to fix the problem. But still the same problem from the same recall 2 or 3 times already. My car has been taking care in the dealership with not cost . But my big concern is why the same problem for the recall is coming back over and over. I also lost time when I take my car to the dealership even a full week. With no transportation and also always worry to go back again with the same issue . Is anyone can help me with this problem. Thank you
