Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated while driving at approximately 35 mph, the vehicle was idling while the check engine warning light and the auto stop warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the second cylinder head needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 62,937.
