Consumer Description

The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Durango. The contact stated while driving approximately 75 mph, the front passenger’s side seat headrest inadvertently deployed, striking the passenger in the back of the head. During the failure, there was no injury. The cause of the failure was not determined. The manufacturer and local dealer were not contacted. The approximate failure mileage was 100,000.
