The contact owns a 2014 Dodge Durango. The contact stated that when she entered the vehicle, she noticed that the front passenger's side headrest and the front driver's side headrest had deployed. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer and the manufacturer were not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 69,000.
