NHTSA Complaint #11423550 — 2019 TESLA MODEL X

The contact owns a 2019 Tesla Model X. The contact stated that the vehicle was in the parking lot parked for approximately 1 minute, the vehicle independently accelerated forward as the park assist unavailable warning light illuminated causing the vehicle to crash into a concrete wall where it came to a stop.
