The contact owns a 2013 Hyundai Sonata. The contact stated while driving approximately 5 mph, the vehicle loss motive power. The vehicle was not able to be restarted. The contact stated there was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was towed, diagnosed, but not repaired. Upon investigation, the contact associated the failure with NHTSA Campaign Number: 17V226000 (Engine and Engine Cooling) however, the Vin was not included. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was not available.
