The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle stalled on three separate occasions. The vehicle was towed to the dealer. The tow truck driver had inspected the vehicle and informed the contact that there was no oil in the engine. The dealer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that there was no remedy available. The vehicle was not diagnosed nor repaired. The vehicle remained at the dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 20,500.
