TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 TOYOTA SIENNA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS DIFFICULT TO STEER. THE CONTACT STATED NO WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD NOT BEEN INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 6,200.
