Consumer Description

MY CAR WAS RECALLED DUE TO THE 8GB EMMC RECALL AND THIS IS MY SECOND TESLA. THEY HAVE MY OLD VIN NUMBER AND NOT MY NEW VIN AND THE ACCOUNT HAS AN ISSUE FINDING THE RECALL. I NEED HELP.
