TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 20V699000 (ENGINE AND ENGINE COOLING) HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE RECALL REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO AUTONATION CHRYSLER JEEP BROADWAY (5445 S BROADWAY, LITTLETON, CO 80121, (303) 578-6103) WHERE IT WAS CONFIRMED THAT THE PART WAS NOT YET AVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT COOLANT HAD TO BE ADDED EVERY OTHER WEEK. THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT WAS ILLUMINATED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
