Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REMOTE START WAS USED START THE VEHICLE AND ACTIVATE THE DEFROSTER HOWEVER, THE REAR WINDSHIELD DEFROSTER SHATTERED THE REAR WINDSHIELD. THE CONTACT INFORMED OXMOOR FORD LINCOLN (100 OXMOOR LN, LOUISVILLE, KY 40222) OF THE FAILURE HOWEVER, NO ASSISTANCE WAS OFFERED. THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR THE DEFROSTER. THE WINDSHIELD WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 180,000.
