TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEFROSTER SHATTERED THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE GLASS. THE CONTACT CALLED GERMAIN FORD OF COLUMBUS (LOCATED AT 7250 SAWMILL RD, COLUMBUS, OH 43235, (614) 356-9743) AND INFORMED THEM OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 84,000.
