Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 HYUNDAI SONATA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HER TAIL LIGHT BULBS HAD REPEATEDLY FAILED. THE CONTACT HAD TAKEN THE VEHICLE TO AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC WHERE THEY HAVE REPEATEDLY REPLACED BOTH TAIL LIGHTS; HOWEVER, THE FAILURE PERSISTED. THE CONTACT THEN TOOK THE VEHICLE TO BAKERSFIELD HYUNDAI(5300 WIBLE RD, BAKERSFIELD, CA 93313) WHERE THEY INFORMED HER THAT THE DRIVER SIDE TAIL LIGHT MELTED AND THAT PASSENGER SIDE TAIL LIGHT HARNESS HAD SHORTED. THE MANUFACTURER HAD YET TO BE NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE HAD YET TO BE REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
