VEHICLE'S FRONT DRIVER SIDE WINDOW SPONTANEOUSLY FELL OFF TRACK AND INTO THE DOOR WHILE IN A CAR WASH AT DEALERSHIP. OPERATOR WAS OVERCOME WITH WATER, ENTIRE INTERIOR WAS SOAKING WET.
