Consumer Description
WHEN THE HEADLIGHTS ARE ON THE NORMAL SETTING, THEY BARELY LIGHT UP THE ROAD AHEAD. THE BRIGHTS MUST BE TURNED ON IN ORDER TO SEE ANYTHING.
