Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 VOLKSWAGEN JETTA. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, HE NOTICED OIL WAS LEAKING FROM VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RITCHEY AUTOMOTIVE (5320 I-55 NORTH JACKSON, MS 39211, (888-698-7459) TO BE DIAGNOSED. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER O-RING NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 100,000.
