TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE STATIONARY, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START-UP. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER AUTO PLAZA CHRYSLER DODGE JEEP RAM FARMINGTON (970 E WOODLAWN DR, FARMINGTON, MO 63640 (573) 431-7800) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH NEEDING THE WIN MODULE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. UPON INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT ASSOCIATED THE FAILURE WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 14V373000 (ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, AIR BAGS). THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS COVERED IF THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE RECALL CAMPAIGN. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 144,316.
