TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHRYSLER TOWN AND COUNTRY. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE PASSENGER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR FAILED TO REMAIN SECURED. AFTER LOCKING THE VEHICLE, THE PASSENGER'S SIDE SLIDING DOOR WOULD OPEN INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE LOCAL DEALER LUTHER BROOKDALE CHRYSLER LOCATED AT 8188 BROOKLYN BLVD, BROOKLYN PARK, MN 55445, WHO WAS UNABLE TO DETERMINE THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 118,000.
