Consumer Description
2010 CHRYSLER TOWN & COUNTRY. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO DEFECTIVE SLIDING DOOR NOT CLOSING PROPERLY. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED THE DOOR JAMMED OPEN ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THE CONSUMER HAD TO SLIDE A SCREW DRIVER INTO THE LATCH IN ORDER TO RELEASE IT, SO THE DOOR WOULD CLOSE.
