Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2020 NISSAN ROUGE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING AT VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING WARNING LIGHT WAS FLASHING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO EDWARDS NISSAN (920 32ND AVE, COUNCIL BLUFFS, IA 51501, (712) 366-9481) WHERE THE MECHANIC WAS UNABLE TO DUPLICATE THE FAILURE. THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE CAMERA AND SENSOR NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED HOWEVER, THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE FELT UNSAFE DRIVING THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THE FAILURE WAS SIMILAR TO NTB18-041C (AUTOMATIC EMERGENCY BRAKING). THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED HOWEVER, NO FURTHER ASSISTANCE WAS PROVIDED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 18,314.
